When days are too hot... why not to use the night π€ππ€
I got excited with the idea of doing some of the swiss passes during the night and arrive for the sunset π. So... Thursday night the plan started without too much thinking π .
The expected temperatures where really hot, as hot as the hottest π₯ day of the summer so far, so during the night quite decent at the gigh passes. There wasn't rain forecast, full monπ is in 2 days (so today was quite big), and it was the Swiss π¨π national day, so may be I could see some fireworks π. So I decided to give it a try.
Checked from where to start to make it around 6am at the top and the location was Sion at 11pm. At the start was 27Β°C at 11pm in Dion. What the hell π₯...
I didn't see or heard a lot of fireworks... but anyway wasn't the big reason π€·ββοΈ.

The plan was to meet Yves in Fiesch around 3am to make the pass together and my estimations were bad and I arrived 45 min before π. We left a bit before scheduled, having a quite lonely ascent with really few cars and great color show from Gletsch β¬οΈ.
